18.05.2019, tap @ Mikkeller & Friends:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy dark yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, fruit stones, hay, sour grass, minerals, bark, flowers, berry skin, sawdust, paper, old sour wash cloth. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, hay, flowers, sour grass, fruit stones, paper, old sour wash cloth, bark, yeast, berry skin. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
