Oransje klar med flyktig hvitt skum. Lukter tørket frukt og noe trevirke. Fruktig sursyrlig smak. Smaker sure stenfrukter og sitrus. Kort.

Can. It's almost clear in the glass, amber in color, with no head. The aroma feels a bit alcoholic and also slightly off, with a hint of cloudberry and vanilla. Mostly generic fruityness though, with some doughy notes. It's sour on the palate, still with some sweetness, nicely carbonated, a hint of oxidation, medium bodied and with rather fruity flavor. Some berries, a touch of lactose, bready malts and a hint of bitterness. Long finish. Not very pleasant this one, rather messy, and not for me to finish. Nice try though. 210809

Can. Unclear orange body with some big yeast lump sediments, some at the size of peas. A small head that disappears immediately. Aroma has sour berries, distinct cloudberries and hint of minerals. Taste has a fine balance between sweetness and acidity, the cloudberries taste is distinct, almost like the famous Lakka liqueur and the kettle sourness is in balance without the horrible yoghurt flavor but a hint of minerals. Body in balance and same aftertaste all the way. Had to admit I was a bit sceptic to this creation but it works out fine like a slightly original take on the fruity Berliner Weisse or whatever people like to categorize this kettle sour style.

Unclear dirty yellow pour with almost no head Good intensity in the aroma A mellow carbonation level together with a moderate sourness and acidity made this one very easy to drink. Cloudberries…well I would probably not say that in a blind tasting. Any way fine fruity, citric, yeast and lactose in the flavor [Can from Vinmonopolet in Rygge, Norway]

330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord in Bodø, shared with Finn back home. The noisy pour reveals a fast declining white head, poor lacing, and a hazy amber body. Vague smell of berry skins. Moderate taste of cloudberries, mid-tart, offset by lactose sweetness. Sweet, dry and tart ending. Okay cleanser. (Tromsø 23.01.2021).
