Clear blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very yeasty, bread yeast, coriander, some banana peel, spicy touch, little malty, some overripe fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: little malty, slightly fruity, very bitter, spicy, lots of coriander, dry. Aftertaste: a bit metallic, grassy, hoppy, a little spicy, coriander, hay, some banana peel, watery finish.
