Uklar gul med hvit topp som forsvinner raskt. Aroma; koriander, hvetemalt, banan, urter og sitrus. Smak; banan, koriander, hvetemalt, urter, appelsin. Krydder smak i ettersmaken. Kjøpt på ekstra Bjerkaker, Tromsø.

Appelsinfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt tett skum. Aroma av sitrusfrukt, banan & gjær. Smaken krydder & litt gjær. Passe (ikke-)søt. Lett syrlig bitter avslutning. Mye bunnfall igjen på flaska.

Bottle 50 cl. Yellow, hazy with a minimal white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and spices sense. Light bitter with a light wheat and spices end. Lightweight. Harstad 15.08.17.

Bottle. Has a slightly matt yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of soap, lots of spices, wheat, hay and some chlorine. The flavour is similar with still lots of spices and citrus. Has a slick and light mouth feel, light body and light bitterness. A spicy and fresh wit. Little strange.

Flaske (batch 49, tappedato 030117) fra Obs Sjøkanten Harstad, delt med Johnne: lett uklar, blek korngul med fint skum som varer. Frisk og god wit-aroma og smak med av bitterappelsin, lys malt og krydder (koriander og nellik?). De belgiske gjærtonene kompletterer bildet på en elegant måte. Fin munnfylde og delikat, fruktig ettersmak med lav bitterhet. En deilig wit i butikkstyrke.

500ml bottle, batch 35, at De 4 Roser, Restaurant.. A snow white tophead leaving clingy lacing behind. Pale golden body with a haze of wheat. Mild yeasty fruitiness on the nose with a moderate impact of coriander. Taste of wheat, lemony shells and coriander. Drying fruity end. Refreshing. Very well match with the white fish dish at the restaurant (Harstad 27.10.2016).
