Pink Grapefruit and fresh Rosemary come together in our Gose to create a juicy bouquet of citrus, earthy herbal and pine. A punch of acidity and just a touch of saltiness keep this beer light, effervescent and easy-drinking, while adding to its complex but approachable nature. Kick back by the fire and enjoy this seasonal sipper.

Pale and hazy. Just a thin head. Obviously the rosemary is huge on the aroma, but the grapefruit is in there as well, which I appreciate. Tart, lots of rosemary, wheaty, has a refreshing quality and that comes from that burst of juicy grapefruit kicking in at the finish. Well-balanced, refreshing, and the flavour elements make sense with the base. I’m down. Probably the best beer I’ve had from Old Yale.

Has nice cloudy yellow body with good foam, smells of sweet rosemary, slight grapefruit, yet a septic vibe. Flavour is rosemary and soft grapefruit tartness, full and crisp finish. It's nice enough, well balanced.
