This vinous ale was aged in a single Sauvignon Blanc barrel for 19 months, creating a delicate beer with soft acidity, light tannins, and notes of oaked white wine, muscat grapes and gooseberries. (v)

Has good gold body with okay foam, aroma is all big white wine character, very nice, not much on the ale front though. Tastes of very nice yeast character, white wine for sure, vague light grain, slight vinegar, full and smooth finish. An enjoyable meld, good balance.
