Very nice light rosé body and good foam, smells of excellent sour cherry character, sweet and tart. Flavour is tart fresh cherry, deep and excellent, reminiscent of a lambic. Full and puckery. They've outdone themselves here.

Light clear orange with a nice white head. Orange and some hibiscus notes. Light sour and as it tastes.

On tap at The Bakery, pours a hazy bright pinkish red with a small pink-tinged head. Nose is fairly delicate, with light tart cherry, a little lacto, a touch of marzipan, and bread notes. Flavour has a bit more punch, with the montmorency cherries coming out nicely, with lacto, bready malt, and a touch of spice. Not a huge amount of depth but it's well-made. Would've preferred a little more cherry expression. Solid beer.
