We brewed this Double IPA under a great impression from both the New York scenes: beer and music. Criminal damage as it is - straight and powerful punch to stereotypes in the blending of cultures and styles to generate something new and unknown. A beer with flavour of ripe fruit, caused by hop varieties of Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade, Citra, Centennial. Smooth but pine.

Enjoyed it straight from the can. Aroma: citrus, kiwi, passion fruit, sherry, neutral malt. Taste: light to medium sweet, heavy bitter. Fresh tangerine, tropical notes, sherry, malt. A massive hop kick in the ending. Mouth feel: medium plus body, average carbonation. Summary: very good.

500ml can from TBS in Moscow. Hops are different to the description: Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade, Citra, and Centennial. Pours almost clear gold with a tall white head. Aroma is citrus fruits (mainly oranges) and pine. Taste is light to medium sweet, mandarines, pine. Medium bitter finish. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Yeah, it’s somewhere between New England and West Coast. Good stuff.

Tap. Golden color, white foam. Aroma: tropical fruits citrus. Taste: good, fruity, citrus, soft hop bitterness, juicy, but something is wrong.
