50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours brilliant, clear gold, with no foam. Aroma is weak of apples. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium sweet. Final is average.

500ml bottle. Pours clear gold with no head. Aroma is apple juice, pears, apple peel. Taste is medium sweet followed by very light sourness. Dry finish.

Tap. Clear golden color. Aroma: light, sweet apples, a little white grapes. Taste is sweet, fresh white apple, light acidity (looks like lemon acid), clean and refined.
