Bottle thanks to Shu. Pours a cloudy ruby with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is grape skin, wood, leather. Slick body, grape, cherry, wood, light acidity, held up nicely.

Had this at a sour tasting on July 1st that Tomme Arthur showed up at. Thank Tomme and the crew at Lost Abbey for bringing this beer! This beer poured a clear ruby red color wit no head to speak of. Tartness was definitely in the jowls. Grape sour notes that were pretty darn relaxing - latic and pretty enjoyable. This beer really hit the spot. It was totally awesome. I gotta give props to Tomme and Gwen and Ryan for this fantastic treat.

Bottle. Huge thanks to Joe for landing this beast and sharing it at the Philly tasting. Cloudy pinkish reddish pour with an off white head. Sour berry aromas. Tart and acidic with all kinds of sour berries, some woody notes, and a hint of tannin. Well balanced and complex with a medium body. This beer is fantastic and rivals 004 as my favorite batch of Veritas.

Bottled. A dark red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, grapes, and some vinegar. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt, grapes, and something funky, leading to an acidic finish which puckers the mouth.

75 cl bottle, RBSG 2009, courtesy of AlohaC. Pours hazy red with a small white head. Dry wine and cherry fruity aroma. Flavour is acidic in addition to this. Dry and acidic finish. Fantastic fruity and sour.
