To celebrate the opening of the Artichoke pub we got together and brewed Norfolk's first Brut IPA. Deliberately finished dry this allows the lemon verbena and Nelson Sauvin hops to shine through.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma herby and floral. Taste dry winey. Medium body.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - cloudy golden with a neat head. Nose - lemon, herbs and white grape. Taste - more of the lemon verbena, something similar to kiwi and also the white grape again. Palate - light bodied and creamy in texture. Dry fresh finish, as expected from the style. Overall - quite good.
