A two barrel collaboration with Nevel using dutch rye and some local elderberries. Aged in old Rioja barrels with our house culture, containing an array of yeasts and bacteria. Tart and funky with earty and herbal aromas.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, funky nose with citrus, pink grapefruit, apricots, barnyard and a touch of vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, apricots, grapefruit, orange peel, funky yeast, wood, rye bread, barnyard and vinegar. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Rich, tart and quite complex. Very nice.

(Bottle, 0.375 l - a sample, at CoolHead Taproom, 20221029) The beer poured amber and almost clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had tartness, wood, vanilla, apricots and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, wood, vanilla, apricots and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, woody and bitter. A tasty tatrt brew with woody notes.

Appearance: Golden pinkish colour with small white head.
Aroma: Tart, fruit, grapefruit, citrus, acidic.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, grapefruit, tart, citrus, acidic.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear pinkish golden, mid sized head. Tart nose with lemon and oaky red wine. Vinegar and red wine, citric acid and grass. Low bitterness.

Flaska från SB. Varmrosa disig vätska i princip utan skum. Frsikt syrlig, bärig och funkig doft. Frisk syra, funk, bär, fat, vin, tanniner, strama fläderbär. Relativt komplex, fint funkig smakbild och pigg syra i kombination blir riktigt bra. Gott
