Ein Weizenbier in goldiger Farbgebung. Mit der Nase entdeckt man frische Zitrusaromen. Im Mund wirkt es spritzig und im Abgang spürt man eine blumige Hopfennote.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal frumento. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia, banana e chiodi di garofano.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty hoppy and yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Week in esters. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore arancio torbido, al naso e in bocca malto banana chiodi di garofano spezie, carbonazione forte, corpo rotondo, lieve acidula, amaro moderato anomalo ma non guasta. Secca nel finale. Ottima birra, complimenti 16.03.18

0.33l bottle from coop at zurich bahnhof, 04.08.2017. pours a murky pale orange with a big frothy head. very sweet aroma of pineapples, oranges, dried fruit, perfume. reminds me of schneider hopfenweisse. flavour of coriander, wheat, lemon zest, just a hint of sweetness, actually more like a wit than weizen. nice. also from kalea advent calendar, 22.03.2018, just "weizen". a gusher. still very much like a wit, with sour lemony notes.

Bottle from Coop. Pours cloudy yellow with a decent head. Aroma is light clover, grass, wheat, pale malt, almost no banana. Body is light, crisp, with a low sweetness and almost no bitterness. Corny. Lightly sweet palate with low wheat flavours and texture. Okay.
