First day after a crazy and so windy day spent at Splügen in family. This one is good but it is too carbonated, a lot of yeast giving a nutty siden grainy with some toffee note, rather on the Belgian way, a bit sweet, ordinary hop, 21.10.21, buying it at the coop, Thusis, drinking it at our rented house, Scharans.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
