LA LA LIME is our latest sour ale with loads of rhubarb and lime. The beer is dominated by rhubarb with a lime finish and it reminds us of a lemonade, so we choose to call it a sour lemonade.

Canned. Cloudy orange colour, small head. Aroma of rhubarb pie with lime and custard. Lime and citric acid, custard and cardamom. No bitterness. Concentrated juice.

Aroma: Fruit, sour, lime, rhubarb, malt.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Sour, lime, fruit, rhubarb, malt, citrus.
