Beaks & Talons IPA is our first oat cream IPA, a double dry hopped india pale ale brewed with a hefty dose of oats and lactose. Mouthfeel is extra soft, thick and fluffy with a well pronounced creamy oat-character. This juicy spectacle of haze-craft was then dry hopped with a three-way power punch of Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin resulting in a juicy soup saturated with hop flavors of passionfruit, red grapes, sweet citrus and a hint of gooseberry.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS BEER CONTAINS MILK SUGAR. NOT SUITABLE FOR VEGANS.

Citra, Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin

Can sourced from Ales & Brews and shared at home (05/03/2021) - hazy yellow with a white head. Medium sweet fruity with nice prominent nelson gooseberry and grape to the fore, supporting citra and mosaic fruity notes coming in, sweet lacto creamy and malty mouthfeel, solid hoppy finish. Nice.
