A soft, hazy and hoppy Harvest IPA
For this soft and juicy IPA, we explore the intersection of Simcoe, Citra and the Australian hop, Galaxy. Through endless small-batch trials and a little luck, we discovered that this hop combination delivers bright waves of ripe pineapple and tropical gummies on the nose, layered with notes of juicy citrus and ripe passionfruit. It’s a hazy, hoppy harvest ale that’s so good you’ll wanna holler!

12 oz bottle, poured hazy yellow with modest white head. Citrus and pine aroma. Pine grass and orange taste, with mildly bitter finish.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy yellow hue with a small white head. A big juicy fruity nose. Soft, peaches, husky malts, juicy, oranges, vanilla. Pretty good hazy.
