On tap at What the Funk V. Pours a cloudy orange with thick frothy off white head. The aroma is strong funk, lacto, oak. Medium body, apple skin, funk, oak, light tartness, very good.

On draft at Barrelworks. It pours a clear golden color with a white head. The aroma has yogurt, lemon and brett funk. The flavor has some lambic-like aged cheese, yogurt and mild notes of tart berries. Medium tartness. Very lambic-like. Loved it.

Bottle from the barrelworks. Pours clear golden, medium off-white head, creamy, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is light overall, dusty, lemon, Brett, oak tannin. Flavor is light tart, light plus funky, lemon, Brett, a bit of mineral water and floral notes. Light body. Refined, but less complex than previous batches.

At a tasting, many thanks, smallish head, light cloudy lightish orange color, aroma of over ripe oranges, vanila and yoghurt, fruity aroma, mellow fruity sourness, Nice, pleasant and really easy to drink.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Ariel. Cloudy yellow. Great sour aroma with oak, fruits, funk, vinegar. Sour flavor, funky, fruity, with oak, a bit of vinegar, lemon. Medium-bodied. Great.

Draught @ Firestone Walker Venice, CA. Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of oak, tart fruits, vinous notes, wood and berries. Taste is sour, funky and woody with some oak, vinous notes, vanilla and tart citrus. Finish is smooth, sweetish and sour with some wood, oak, bretta, vinous notes, funky yeast and farmyard. Pretty tasty and balanced sour ale.

375ml bottle. Pours out a hazy pale golden topped with a white head. Nose is big barrel notes sour tart grapes and a nice fruit touch. Taste is more of the grapes wine touch sour tart funk.
