Bouteille(Merci au lac...!): Orangey-golden with lots of floaties and a small and quickly collapsing loose white head, moderate sweet-bitter herbal-spicy nose with pale malt and a certain tartness; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and a bit fizzy; slightly lingering sweet-bitter herbal and pale-malty finish. bottle from Auchan Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Cloudy pale golden colour, mid-sized stable off-white head. Promising hoppy nose. Full-bodied with an intensive malty start, adding body and a pleasant sweetness. Shy yeasty fruity hints lying underneath. Balanced by a good amount of delicious aromatic hops, fruity and pleasantly resiny and piney. A bitter-sweet beer with a shy fruity touch. Smooth and velvety carbonation. I like the character of this hop a lot, would like to try more of it. Very good beer.

Bottle shared with friends at Diamon D'or. Bit hazy darker golden with white head. Caramel, sweet malts, lychee, very sweet fruits, cardboard, dank weeds, peach, toffee. Quite sweet and under medium bitter. Quite thick feel and over medium bodied. Not their best of the hop series, it's nice and fruity but also very malty and sweet. Still a decent beer though.
