Bottle shared with family. Clear golden with short lasting fizz for a head. Sweet apples, light marzipan, apple peel, soft mango and pear. Quite juicy with soft cellar notes. Under medium sweet, very light bitter and sour. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Quite light but nice fruity notes.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity apple aroma. Sweetish fruity fresh apple flavor- Has a sweetish fruity apple finish.

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma is dominated by apples. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples, leading to a lightly tart finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp apple fruity and citric. Flavour the is the same, slight yoghurt and apple fruity. Citric finish.

clear orange, smalll smooth head. fresh apple, faint dry note .not bad. flavor is fresh apple , dry apple, faint cellary note. tastes pretty much like apple juice, which is not bad, but also quite uninteresting

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with no head to speak of. Sweet apples and a little butter in the nose. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, sweet apples and vanilla with a slight dry astringency in the finish. 171210
