Old rating - A 330ml bottle from my trip to Western Brittany a year or so ago. Pours a light blonde colour with a white head. Aromas & tastes of citrus, banana & sweet malt. Medium body. Light to medium sweet bitter finish.

Bottle at home. Clear golden with big fizzy white head. Light soap, pine, coriander, spicy yeast, light apples, violet flower candy, dusty, soft sweet malts. Medium sweet but in a sugary way, soft bitter herbal and mineral finish. Just medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Has some nice aromas but the soapy and candy notes are slightly overpowering. Quite a unique beer though.

Fonefan 300814. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is yeast, spices, ginger, cardamon. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, citrus, yeast, apple, ginger , cardamon, spices. Ordinary /OK beer.

Bottle 330ml. @ The Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2014, TSODRBSG14. [ As Philomenn Blonde ].Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, spicy, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, leather notes, funky notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, spicy, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140830]

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, 2014. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Tart and dry fruity flavor with notes of flowers and grass. Sparkling lively carbonation.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast and spices. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a slightly dry and spiced finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It’s a lightly unclear golden colored beer topped by a dense, off-white head. The aroma is quite spiced, ginger and cardamom springs to mind. Some fruityness and a touch of yeast. It’s medium bodied and with a nice carbonation level. Spiced flavor with fruityness and some yeasty hints. Pale malts and some white sugar. Lasting spiced and sugary finish. Quite interesting, but the yeast is too evident. 140830

Bottle, 5.6%. Clear golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, herbal and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, spices, herbal, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, straw, fruits and hops.
