Can from an online shop. Clear gold medium fine head. Light smoky nose, otherwise crisp. Lots of grain, moderate acidity which is unusual, very bubbly on the tongue with earthy hop notes. Very moderate smoke content, quite drinkable.

440ml can. Minimally milky, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Smoky, malty aroma, notes of smoked ham, some juniper berry, a touch of birch wood, wood ashes. Taste is smoky malty as well as pale malty with subtle residual sweetness, hints of birch wood, smoked ham, a touch of laurel, juniper berry, mild hop bitterness. Slightly oily, watery texture, minimally dry palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively simple and a bit monotonous, but fairly beefy and with well balanced smokiness - pretty decent.

44cl can. A clear amber beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sweet dark smoked malt, caramel, wood. Taste of smoked malt, caramel, light wood, grains.

Aroma is smoked malts, yeast and soft smoked wood. Taste is light smoky and grainy. Light Rauchbier but drinkable. Thank you Cierzo for brewing this style. Next one please!
