Frothy off-white good mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Heavy malty and hoppy wonderful aroma. Heavy bitter fantastic flavor. Long great heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. World class.

Black with off white head - Roasted malt aroma with some barrel notes - Malt body with some roasted notes, some coffee and dark chocolate - Malt flavours with wood barrel flavours goes into the finish - This was good

A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of strong dark roasted malt, liquorice, melasse, bourbon. Taste of liquorice, strong dark malt, chocolate, raisins, slightly boozy.

27/1/2024. Bottle from Best of Beers - Vinspecialisten Aalborg. Portugal rating #50. Pours black with a modest creamy tan coloured head. Aroma is roasted malt, liquorice, dark chocolate, wood, port, sozzled dried fruits. Taste is boozy, moderately sweet, with quite heavy bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily, lively carbonation. Warming alcohol burn finish, just a touch on the harsh side. Enjoyable though.

Rust and caramel, chocolate and coffee. Done leather. Black pour with mocha head. Drinks pretty nice, though I enjoyed their Rei a little more. Bitter finish with a hint of boozy sweetness. Tap at brewery.
