The strong one in the first duo of brews produced by this new brewery in Soignies; 75 cl bottle with crown cap shared with Craftmember. Snow white, foamy, moussy, shred-lacing, medium thick heafd, misty orangey-peachy golden robe. Aroma of unripe apricot, strong coriander seed, raw sweet potato, clove, elderblossom, dried mandarin peel, brioche bread, leftover dough, banana, straw. Sweetish onset but only lightly so, fruity notes of apricot, green pear and unripe banana but all relatively restrained, fizzily carbonated with full, slick mouthfeel; bread-crusty, rusk-like malts spiced with coriander, phenolic effects (strong 4-vinyl-guaiacol clove and nutmeg) and soft floral hoppiness. The bitterness of the hops remains gentle but appropriately so, seen the overall relative dryness of this beer (for a tripel); alcohol manifests itself as a warming, brandy-ish afterglow. Overcoriandered like so many contemporary tripels and a bit too phenolic as well, but its generally dry character keeps it drinkable and satisfying. Not too bad for a beginner.

Dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme présente un bouquet fin d'épices pointe girofle ? léger côté botanique presque de genévrier voire poivre blanc léger et fruité plus sur les agrumes avec un retour belge de la levure et des grains/malts.
Palais est plaisant alliant un caractère belge au niveau des malts - pâle, pils, en retrait un houblonné belge voire un peu américain vient apporter des notes agrumes avec une petite sécheresse de fin de bouche, le tout gardant un côté belge de triple au niveau de la levure.
