Appearance is very dark brown, with a 1-2 finger beige head. Aroma- caramel, toasty malt, toffee, banana, clove hints, raisin, dark malt. Taste- fluffy malt, toffee, banana cake, dark fruit undertones, bready malt, dark fruity finish.

31st Jan 2020: 8th International Beer Exchange in De Bierboom (Pre Brugge Bier Festival). 330ml can, large sample. Red hue to the cola brown body, lightly tanned head. Malty, yeasty and with that banana like aroma and taste a good Dunkelweisse seem to have.

Creamy light brown head stayed on a reddish brown still body. Berry & sugar aroma. Medium bodied, smooth on the tongue with Livy back & clean aft. Heavy malt, heavy sugar, sweet berries, chocolate, dark spirit & yeast tastes. Nice one!
