This IPA is part 1 of the Winter Skies series, celebrating the asterisms of the winter season. A double dry-hop of Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Mosaic gives you a dank IPA with hints of nectarine, wild blueberries and lychee. Try to find the three stars that form the winter triangle while the tropical taste lifts you up.

Can sourced from Ales and Brews and shared at home (27/02/2021) - very hazy yellow with a white head. Medium sweet fruity with papaya, red grapefruit, some nectarine and apricot stone fruit notes, hint of mosaic bubblegum, sweet malty backing and medium body, touch of hop spice and bitterness into the piney hoppy finish. Nice.
