Sour rye ale aged in oak barrels with cherries and raspberries
An American wild ale brewed with an assertive amount of rye malt with fresh, hand processed cherries and raspberries added. The notes of pepper and clove play well with tart cherry, and ripe raspberry fruit and compliment the tones of rustic earth and vanilla notes from a year-plus of barrel aging.

Growler. Pours a hazy pink orange with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong berry, cherry skin, oak, wheat. Thin body, sweet cherry, berry, lacto, oak, nice tartness, very nice.
