A fair pils that I have enjoyed with a perfect weather during the sunday, this one was welcomed after a all morning preparing a meal for Fred and family, dry malt, smooth and a right note of floral hop, well balanced and just refreshing, 11.05.21, finding this beer at the Manor, St.Gallen.

Appearance: Pale yellow, clear. Small white head. Aroma: Light fruits, citrus. Very pale malt. Taste: Some fruits, shy malt. Hint of hops. A bit thin. Bought: BrüW - Brewpub, 100 ml tap, CHF 2.50 Info: 5/3-2022
