Trocken hopfiger, deutlich bitterer Beginn. Trocken bleibend, das Hopfenaroma ist leider schnell verschwunden. Wenig grasig, mittellanger Abgang. Okay. 9/8/8/8/10/8

0.33 l bottle from 'NRW Braumanufaktur', best before May 2021. Clear, deep amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-resiny aroma of orange jam, light mango and a touch of pine. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity and slightly resiny taste of grains, orange jam, some mango and hints of pine, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry and slightly resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Pleasant Pale Ale, quite refreshing but not as intense as expected. Best of the first three of the series.
