0.33 l can from 't Biermenneke, best before February 2024. Pitch black with a thin, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of cocoa, hazelnut, coffee and vanilla. Gently sweet, malty, quite roasty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, some licorice and hints of vanilla, followed by a long, rather roasty-bitter, slightly earthy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty classic Imperial Stout, as good as last year's variant.

Dark pour with a thin tan head. Roasted malt, licorice, smoke, dark chocolate, cocoa nibs. A pretty good standard imperial stout.
