0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before July 2021. Murky, pinkish red with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, fruity-vinous, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, cherry, red grapes, raspberry and light yoghurt. Gently sweet, rather vinous-fruity, slightly yeasty-spicy taste of banana, cherry, raspberry, red grapes and some yoghurt, followed by a short, minimally bitter, a little tart, gently yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty, vinous Weizen, really interesting, well-crafted as well.
