Bottled (from Alko). Black colour with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some liquorice, mild toffee, coffee and some alcohol and ripe fruits. Flavour is liquorice, alcohol, some spices, coffee, chocolate, roast and mild nutty notes as well. Very smooth palate. Long chocolate aftertaste.

330ml bottle bought from djoeye. Shared with Finn. Stable, bubbly, fawn-coloured head leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Almost black in body appearance. Promising smell of roasted dark malts, hints of chocolate and liquorice. Semi sweet chocolate flavours added by dark dough, cocoa and liquorice. Smoothly roasted ending. Well bodied. Likable. Flaske spandert av Rune. Delt med ham i WCveien. Svart. Høyt mokkafarget skum som daler veldig sakte. Teppelacing. Lett sjokoladearoma. Smaken innholdsrik. Nøtter. Kirsebær. Snadder.

330ml bottle from trade with Jappppp! Many thanks! Pours black, small tan head. Nose has coffee, roast, light sweetness, dark fruits, dark chocolate. Taste bears much of the same, with a good grainy malt body, interesting chocolate shades, woody nutty moments. Good bitterness. Solid stout.

0,33l bottle from Alko. Black beer with good light brown, stable and cloudy head. Aroma has roasted malts, coffee and chocolate. Taste is dry. It has roasted malts, coffee and chocolate. The end has lots of bitter. Medium body, quite dry stout.

330ml bottle from Alko. BBE 17.10.19. Pours pitch black with a thick foamy head. Aroma of roasty malts, licorice, grassy hops, pine, herbal notes and citrus. Taste is smooth, hoppy and slightly roasty with some pine, resin, citrus, grass and licorice. Finish is smooth and hoppy with hints of roastiness, some chocolate, licorice, citrus and grassy notes. Pretty nicely hopped stout.

Smell of roasted malt, vanilla. Black colour, brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, vanilla, coffee. Bitter. Soft carbon. Quite good.

Bottle 0.33l at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Color is almost black with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Coffee, dark chocolate, dryness and roasted malts. Pretty dry. Worse than #1 version.

33 cl bottle @ Nurmo, BBE 19.10.2019. Aroma has nice chocolate tones and ash. Flavour has dark chocolate, ash and pot coffee. Finishes with some salty licorice. Delicious.

Bottle at home, thanks japppp for the bottle! Black with quite big brown head. Looks promising. Quite earthy up front, roasted barley, licorice, molasses, dark chocolate. There’s a little smell of goat and dried herbs, but when sipping it’s way more chocolaty and roasted, though there’s quite some tobacco and hay in the finish. Light blackberries too. Over medium sweet and bitter and light roasted sourness. Almost full bodied with creamy feel. Very nice 👍🏿
