33cl bottle shared with Erzengel. A clear dark golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mid sweet pale malt, honey. Taste of mid sweet honey malt, some grains, low bitterness.

Fantastic floral nose. Slightly sweetish with parts of grain. Smooth mild beginning. The honey is fermented, very dry with not much bitterness. Smooth and mild grain in the back, fruity parts with not too much honey there.

ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, flowers, nectar, honey - weak honey, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, flowers, nectar, earthy, pale malt, light honey. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201008]
