Geel bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter zoet met iets van nootmuskaat, wat koriander en banaan. Heel goed.

330ml bottle [8.5% abv]. MInimally cloudy, orangey golden colour, some major floaters, average, thick, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Yeasty and hoppy, fruity aroma, hints of banana and yellow stone fruit, some mandarine and orange with zesty aspects, a minimally herbal touch as well, some yeasty spiciness adds coriander, white pepper and whiffs of aniseed. Taste is sweet-ish, pale and wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and citrusy hoppy, hints of banana, yellow stone fruit, some orange, mandarine, orange peel, a peppery, spicy yeasty touch with cautious hints of coriander, white pepper, and aniseed as well, some hop bitterness; lingering finish with very slow fade-out. Minimally creamy, dissolved sugar-enriched watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Reminds me of Rochefort Triple Extra in a way; less zesty, but with a lot of parallels in aroma and taste, a modern hoppy twist, equal drinkability - pretty good.
