This sour IPA is a blend between a Kettle sour beer and a tropical IPA with hints of citrus. Because of the blend this beer isn’t extremely sour but surprisingly refreshing. In combination with the citrus, mosaic and cashmere hops, it’s collab made in heaven. Cheers from Captain IPA and the Owl.

Blik thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie1986. Het is een troebel geel bier met een wit schuim. Het heeft een fruitige wat tropische geur. De smaak is fruitig, ananas, mango achtig met een zure afdronk.

Pale blond colour with light haze and thin head. Aroma is full on tropical fruit. Flavour is a mix of sweet and sour tropical fruit with an earthy bitter hop finish.

Can. Golden pour. Aroma of soft citrus, oat, passion fruit, pineapple, subtle tart, orange and some yeast. Taste has fresh bitter orange, citrus, soft tartness, grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple, mango and oat. I like that this is mouth puckering sour, but only mildly tart and nicely hopped. Good one.

#WildcardWeekend. Thx to Marko for this can! Hazy, bright yellow color and a white head. Sour Nose, citric-fruity, some peach and faint pineapple. Tast is sour, grapefruit-peel, citric, acidic. Hoppy bitterness. Fruity-hoppy finish with lemon. Dryish. Refreshing. --- Beer merged from original tick of I Remember My First Check-In on 09 Jan 2021 at 20:55 - Score: 8.
