Mahonginruskea ja melko kirkas. Tuoksu on pehmeä, leveän maltainen ja rouhean paahteinen. Maku on juurevan maltainen, ei liian makea vaan kevyesti paahteinen. Pieni humalan puraisu kuivattaa jälkimaussa.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso orzo tostato, caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia e agrumi.
