7-4-8-4-16 Bottle, #308, four months after bottling. Pours dark maroon, with a big creamy mocha head. Aroma is dark roasted malts with fruity coffee, as lactose, muscovado, chocolate and earthy spices. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with coffee, rye bread, leather and lactose, as well as chocolate, muscovado and spicy notes of cinnamon and earthy spices.

Bottle shared with VH, MP and HG at decentralised yule beer tasting on board Fridtjofen in Kristiansund 12.12.20. Ebony. Pale brown head. Aroma and taste of juniper, green coffee beans, roasted malt and dark chocolate. Well balanced with hop bitterness and a hint of grapefruit. Good!
