Small, but relatively stable cream head over opaque redbrown beer. Whisky, chocolate, melanoidins, old oak but also vanilla, rather pointing towards young oak. Sweetish, vanilla, oak, but still liquorice sweet underneath, which makes it a tad thin. Banana, milk chocolate. As said, bit thing, but some gristslickness; not very carbonated. Way better than the basic Dobbelman, but that is exactly what's the awkward point is: if the basic beer were a bit beefed up, this might have turned out really great! OTOH, I also wonder if the ABV is that low, seems stronger. Thanks to Stef!
