Handpull cask at the Criterion, Leicester. Light brown, slightly hazy. It has a nice beige head. I get a lot of spicy rye on the aroma with touches of red berry but not much else. Sweet taste at first, but after a while there’s a sourness that continues to the finish. It’s a bit acrid in the aftertaste. So-so.

On tap at the Cardinals Hat, Lincoln. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Slight musty and fruity aroma. Citrus and burnt orange. Light bittersweet to sweet taste. Medium body.
