500 ml bottle. Deep copper color with a small frothy beige head with clinging lace. Toasted malt nose has a sharp fruity character. Upfront, more fruity malt with notes of plums and Demerara sugar. Slightly spicy hops in midtaste. Finish is soft and dry. Pleasant and well balanced. A nice example of an English bitter.

Clear amber beer with a good creamy head. Light malt aroma. Tangy fruit taste but it doesn’t linger too long, settling into a bittersweet malt flavour. I wouldn’t want a lot of it but it’s nice.
