Cask. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is floral, grassy, some resiny notes as well as mild wood. Flavour is toffee, quite strong floral and grassy bitterness along with some wooden and mild biscuity crisp notes.

Cask at Stortford Beer Festival 2011. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of matl and caramel as well as lighter notes of fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and fruits - especially peaches, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 06. Copper/brown colour with off white head. Red berry/yeast aroma with a bit of vanilla. Quite good hp. I like the fruit which has red berries running throughout the beer.
