Appearance: Pale yellow golden, mostly clear. Small off-white head. Aroma: Pale malt, some hops, light fruits. Taste: Dirty hops, pale malt. Some light fruits. Low bitterness. Average. Bought: Brewery, 330 ml, CHF 3.50 Info: 22/10-2023, BB: 20/4-2024

Bottle at Birrivico, Como, Batch 07/15, bb 30.06.16
Hazy blond color, frothy head. Light aroma of grass and straws. Soft mouthfeel although quite dry; soft pale malt flavor, lightly herbaceous in the final, correct bitterness.
I would have expected more crackery malts and much more Saaz.
Not bad, but easy.
