Clear pale gold. Nice fruity sweet apple notes. Nice peel, flesh and a light acidity. Very mellow, not sweet at all and just a nice flesh note. Well done and easy drinking.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of white grapeskins, light citrus pulp, light plums, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet apple with light tannins, tartness, pleasant and refreshing. Mondial des Cidres 2017.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear pale yellow with bubbly white head that dissipated completely. Aroma was quite quite vinous with dry notes and a bit of tart apple. Flavor was similar with a very dry finish and vinous dry tart apple notes throughout. Reminded me very much of a white wine.
