Bottle from Tesco. Pours gold with quickly disappearing head. Light honey on nose. Tastes sweetish, light spicy, light trace of honey. Ok.

0,5 bottle.

Dimensional white foam, deep gold color, filled beautiful. Malt-hop fragrance blend, looks like a nice rounded beer, nothing prominent in its scent, harmonious. A little disembodied. Taste of hops with a small aftertaste of sweet caramel-honey. It doesn’t seem like more than a good drinking beer, but it’s quite characteristic, it brings the expected level.

Pours rather clear blonde. Smell is weak, bit honey funky Ness, not as sugary as feared. Taste is semi bitter. Starting notes of oxidation. Tad sweet. Low Carbo. Recognizable honey, but not as arteficial ( not disgusting) as the likes of Barbar. Decent beer overall. Rather thin body, and it's not fully balanced to me.

Clear pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet malts, white grapes, melon, yeast, grass. Taste medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, fruity, bit yeasty, metallic, touch of honey. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, fruity light sweetbitter aftertaste. Good thirst quencher, more like a lager than a golden ale.

White creamy head on a lightly effervescent, pale straw coloured body. Minimal floral aroma with faint citrus. Medium to thin bodied, soft on the palate & a tingly back. Honey, citrus, sweet berry & confectionery tastes.

Half of keg at the Butchers Hook & Cleaver. I had a bottle of this many years ago, but I thought it was time to give it another try. A vibrant golden colour in the glass with plenty of carbonation. The first thoughts to go through my mind were, "it's a lager," because that is exactly what it was. There is a deep bass sweetness from the honey that is not unpleasant, but would grate over time. All very simple, but not something that I would ever bother to have again in a Fullers pub as there are many, many better things on offer.
