A wheat beer with a bit of difference. An initial rich bubblegum flavour from the Bavarian yeast gives over to a rising subtle bitter from the vinous hops - Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin.

Bottle from Hopology, Nottingham. Hazy yellow golden colour with a thick white head. Aromas floral, herb and light fruit. Very dry, especially to the finish. Medium body.

Hazy gold beer, patchy white head. Palate is light and fairly dry. Modest carbonation. Floral skunk gives way to soap and a little herb. Touch of Nelson grape. Dry finish. Can’t believe this soapy taste was intended so assume it has lost it’s way.
