0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 14.12.25. Mid golden in the glass, slightly hazy, small white head. Sweet citrus aroma with a lot of pale grain. Taste starts with and citrus hop bitterness, increasing floral, pale malty. Pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. Low carbonated.

A clear golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild dry citrusy hops, flowers, pale malt. Taste of mild floral and citrusy hops, pale malt. Easy to drink.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Looks good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more fresh hoppy, light fruity notes, not too intense. Mild sweetish background. Shy bitterness. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Saalfelder Summer Ale, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Helles Goldbraun, blank. - In der Nase feine exotisch-zitrusfruchtige Hopfung mit Pampelmuse und Tabak über zart karamelligem Malz. - Antrunk schlank und herb zitrusfruchtig mit leichter tropischer Frucht und aromatischer harziger Bittere. Milder rezent, schlank aber nicht dünn. Dezente obergärige Fruchtaromen verbinden sich harmonisch mit lagerartiger zarter Restsüße mit leiser Honignote. Im Abgang schön knackige zitrusfruchtige Hopfenbittere mit etwas Tabak. - Unerwartet gutes Ale aus Thüringen, elegant gehopft mit guten Aromahopfensorten, knackig herb wie ein fränkisches Kellerbier aber nicht so überladen wie manche Craftbiere.
