Lager conditioned on Pinot Blanc
Lager de Blancs is a Lager that was conditioned on Pinot Blanc grape skins from our neighbours at Pacific Breeze Winery to give it a wine-like quality. Lager de Blancs was then refermented and naturally carbonated in the bottle for a sparkling wine-like finish. Notes of stone fruit, gooseberries and lychee with a high card level and a crisp finish.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. Bit of white grape. White fruit grape and a nice finish. Grape comes through nicely,

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
Soft chalk aroma, mellow cloudy body with white foam. Flavour is soft lemon with heavy citrus, again the wine character is muted at best. Good carbonation though, a little more sourish than lagery.
