Bottle@Mikkeller Helsinki. Hazy orange colour with a tiny white head, which vanishes fast. Aroma is some carrots, brett, mild earth cellar as well as some wooden tones. Flavour is mild carrots, some bretty and funky tones with mild earth as well as a bit herbal tones.

Murky orange colour. White foam disappears quickly. Nose of brett, wood, funk, vegetables oxidation. Not very nice, unbalanced and oxidized.

On tap at Mikkeller Stockholm. Murky dark orange pour, no head. Tart fruit aroma. Taste of tart berries, not detecting the carrots. Funk. Vinous. Good.

375ml bottle. Vintage 2019. Poured unclear orange in color. Carrot noticable in aroma. Really earthy, cellary aroma. Flavors surprisingly mostly dates and raisins. Did not expect that at all. Interesting in its weirdness.

Bottle. Murky orange, white head. Funky, oak, some carrot, fruitiness (some apricot, a bit of peach) citrus, a bit of vinegar, sour, somewhat acidic, medium-bodied. Nice

Bottle, no head, cloudy orange red color, probably from the carrot, aroma of brett and brine with a spicy whiff, flavor of apricot with some saltiness and a light to medium sourness, just a hint of sweetness. Nice but nothing out of this world.

BB 24.06.2029. orange cloudy color, small white fast desolving head. smells funky, earthy, horse radish, light ketchup, light spices, light sweet carrot juice, interesting, subtle veggie notes. nice smell overall. full body, light carbonation. tastes funky, earthy, citric, grassy, some horse radish, light carrot juice, some ketchup, rather lactic. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of ketchup, spices and funky notes. interesting one, bit weird, bit different, nice funky notes. good but also not the best. drinkable though.

Spritzig säuerlicher Beginn, der durch eine gemüsige Komponente schnell dumpf wird. Dabei ist die Karotte selber nicht wirklich erschmeckbar, was ich aber auch nicht anders erwartet habe. Süffig, rund, die Säure steigert sich etwas. Langer Abgang. 9/10/8/9/10/9
