Chocolate, Caramel & Coffee Stout
A while ago we used to brew a beer called Mocha Chocolata Ya Ya and we’ve been asked many times by you lovely lot to brew it again.
This beer is an improved and modernised version the loved classic, which this time round we’ve collaborated with a local cafe and roastery, Mokoko. Between us brewers and the Mokoko Roasters we’ve selected a Brazilian coffee, Brazilian Vargem Grande, to help bolster and accentuate the chocolate and caramel flavours in the beer. Topped off with a light dose of vanilla pods to help bring out a delicate sweetness.

440ml can at You'll Never Walk Alone, shared with Kira and Skinnyviking. Bubbles on the surface of a near-black body, scattered lacing. Attractive aromas of coffee and chocolate malts, lightly roasted. Well balanced malt-forward taste of mid-sweet chocolate, liquorice, and coffee. Smoothly roasted dark malty end, not too sweet. Medium bodied. Well made stout version. (Kolding 19.10.2021).

Black with a tan head. Aroma of big coffee, roast, coffee grounds and dark chocolate. Flavour is moderate sweet and heavy bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
