330ml can from Honest Brew. Look - deep brown, off-white nice sized head, good lacing. Nose - malts, chocolate, berry fruits. Taste - chocolate, some caramel and nuts, berries with a slight citrus tang. Very nice depth of flavours. Mild bitterness with a hint of pepper. Palate - light to medium, slightly frothy carbonation. Very enjoyable.

Can. Almost clear darkish amber - brown beer, tidy bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. The malts bring a light creamy sweetness along with some suitably darker tones, softly earthy with a trace of dark toffee. Crisp light piney hops with mellow citrus on the back end. Comes together well into a crisp finish with some light berry fruits emerging. If you were looking for a Brown Ale you could session all night, you could do worse than this beer. Good stuff.

Large creamy off white head stayed on a dark reddish brown still body. Roasted, rye & berry aroma. Medium bodied, nicely carbonated with a cloying back. Red berries, spiced fruit, jam & liquorice tastes. American Brown Ales are so different to English Brown Ales.

Can from the brewery. Appearance - deep amber to chestnut with a slightly off-white head. Nose - burnt bread. Looking for chocolate and nuts but it's elusive at best. Taste - some chocolate and hazelnuts this time. Burnt bread again. Praline. Palate - close to medium bnodied, roasty middle and finish. Overall - nose not good, taste a lot better.
